SoX (Sound eXchange) 命令

1. 安裝sox

sudo apt-get install sox

2. 產生Sample rate 8k, bit per sample 8 bit, 2 channel的RAW檔

sox test.wav -r 8k -e signed -b 8 -c 2 -t raw test.raw
